What we do

Discovery to running software, and everything after.

We build custom products and automate the workflows underneath them — then integrate, launch and support them. One team from the first conversation to the third year of operation. You own the code.

The engagement

Five phases. No hand-offs, no hand-waving.

The same team runs all five. Every phase ends with something you can hold — a spec, a design, working software, a signed-off cutover — not a status update.

Tap a phase, or swipe for the rest.

Phase 01 of 051–2 weeks

Discover

We sit with the people who do the work and map the process as it actually runs — the exports, the re-keying, the spreadsheet that three people quietly depend on. We audit the data and the systems it has to talk to, and we decide together what the first release is and, just as importantly, what it is not.

Who drives it

Your operators, our engineers, in the same room

You receive

  • Current-state process map, including the undocumented workarounds
  • Data and integration audit across your existing systems
  • Written functional spec with acceptance criteria
  • Fixed-price build plan and a release sequence

At the end of this phase

A spec you signed off

How we build

Agentic AI, directed by senior engineers.

We build with Claude Code and Codex — agentic coding tools that read an entire codebase, plan a change, write it, run the tests and iterate. They are not autocomplete, and they are not left unattended. Our engineers write the spec, own the architecture, and review every line that merges.

01

The spec is the brief

Every change starts as a written specification with acceptance criteria. That document is what the agents are pointed at and what the review is measured against — which is also why you get a system that is documented by construction rather than afterwards.

02

Agents work in parallel

Independent workstreams run at the same time in isolated branches — one agent on the data layer, another on the interface, another writing tests against the same spec. Parallelism is where the compression comes from; a week of work is genuinely a week of work, just not a week of one person's typing.

03

Humans hold the boundaries

Architecture, data model, tenancy, authentication and anything touching money or personal data are decided by our engineers, not delegated. Agents implement inside those boundaries.

04

Nothing merges unreviewed

Every change is read by a senior engineer and has to pass automated tests, type checks and security review before it lands. AI-written code that nobody understands is a liability, so we do not ship any.

05

You get the whole apparatus

Repository, commit history, specs, tests and the agent workflows themselves — all yours. Your team can pick up the same method with the same tools, which is exactly what our training program exists to teach.

The guardrails

  • Model providers are used through commercial APIs — your code and data are not training material
  • Secrets, credentials and production data stay out of agent context
  • Generated dependencies are pinned, scanned and licence-checked
  • Every release is traceable from spec to commit to deploy

Productized offer

A working MVP. 5 days.

The cost barrier to custom software is gone. We scope one process, build a working version of it in five days with agentic AI under senior engineers, and then support and grow it with you.

01

Scoped, then built in 5 days

One process, one team, one clear before-and-after — working software at a fixed cost, with no open-ended scoping.

02

Agentic AI, senior review

Claude Code and Codex do the heavy lifting against a written spec; our engineers own the architecture and review every change that merges.

03

Supported from $999/mo

Go-live help, then a standing enhancement budget on a monthly roadmap — hands-on, month to month.

Capabilities

Engage the whole arc — or just the part you need.

Most clients start with discovery and stay through support. Some bring us in mid-build, or only for enablement. The scope is yours to set.

01
Understand before you build

Discovery & Solution Design

One to two weeks with the people who do the work. We map the process as it actually runs — including the workarounds nobody wrote down — and come back with a design, a scope, and a fixed price.

  • Process mapping with the team that runs it today
  • Data, systems and integration audit
  • Target architecture and a written functional spec
  • Fixed-price build plan with acceptance criteria
02
Ship real software

Custom Product & Workflow Build

We build the product — full-stack, multi-tenant, production-grade. Senior engineers direct agentic AI (Claude Code and Codex) against a written spec, which is why a build that used to take two quarters now takes weeks.

  • Agentic delivery: Claude Code and Codex under senior engineers
  • Every change spec'd, reviewed, tested and traceable
  • AI-native by design — LLMs, agents, retrieval, evals
  • Multi-tenant, secure and compliant from the first commit
03
Land it in the business

Integration & Go-Live

Software that isn't adopted isn't delivered. We migrate the data, wire it into your systems of record, run UAT with real users, and stand beside the team through the first weeks of live operation.

  • Data migration and reconciliation against the old system
  • SSO, ERP, CRM and third-party integrations
  • UAT with real users and real volume, not demo data
  • Cutover plan, runbooks, training and hypercare
04
Own the outcome

Support, Run & Grow

We keep it running and keep it improving — monitored, patched and on a live roadmap — with decision intelligence built in so you operate with CFO-grade insight in real time.

  • Managed platform, DevOps, monitoring and incident response
  • A standing enhancement budget on a monthly roadmap
  • Real-time decision intelligence and reporting
  • Aligned to your growth, not to our hours
05
Make your team dangerous

AI Builders — Training & Enablement

We train your engineers, analysts and operators to build with Claude and Codex the way we do — spec-driven, reviewed, and safe to put in production. The capability stays after we leave.

  • Hands-on training on Claude Code and Codex
  • Your team ships a real internal tool during the program
  • Review, testing and security guardrails for agent-written code
  • Governance, policy and rollout support for leadership
